We will be accompanying the Bicester Choral and Operatic Society on 15 Oct at 19.30  in St. Edburg's Church, Bicester.

Messiah

We are combining forces with vOx, Oxford's leading chamber choir (https://www.vox-choir-oxford.co.uk/ ) in a full performance of Handel's Messiah.  Conducted by vOx's David Crown, the soloists are:  Madeline Robinson (Soprano), Annie George (Mezzo), Osian Wyn Bowen (Tenor) and Simon Pratt (Bass/Baritone).

Khachaturian and Tchaikovsky, featuring Jennifer Pike

We are very excited to welcome Jennifer Pike (see www.jenniferpike.com ) to the Sheldonian to perform Khachaturian’s violin concerto. Conducted by Robert Weaver (see www.robert-weaver.co.uk ), we will open with Khachaturian’s stirring Adagio from the ballet Spartacus and conclude with Tchaikovsky’s ever popular 5th Symphony.
